Following your specific brief, we will then talk to selected nursery staff about your job; forward their personal details to you, qualifying why we feel they may be suitable for your job. If you are interested in meeting them, we set up all interviews and provide feedback to both parties following each meeting.

We appreciate that most Nursery Owners/Managers will be experienced in interviewing prospective personnel.

However should you require guidance in this County Nannies is happy to assist.

Equally, when it comes to the final negotiations over terms and conditions of the job offer, County Nannies can act on your behalf to negotiate mutually acceptable terms.

WORKING TOGETHER
We have registered candidates at all levels from Trainee/Nursery Assistant level 2 through to Manager level 3/4.

We also undertake regular college career talks and therefore have a source of recently qualified candidates looking for a step onto the nursery ladder.

All of our childcarers are interviewed in person and reference checked. We also ask them to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure if they have not already got one.

Any new member of staff can take a while to find their feet in a new Nursery setting particularly if the operating structure is quite different to their previous nursery.

We advise both parties to communicate as much as possible if initial problems arise. Many Nursery Nurses register with us looking for a move into Nannying work simply because they have felt unable to talk to their Nursery Manager.

If required we are always happy to provide advice where we can.
